Several of the TAC talk groups on the FIRST system were in use by MSP, NJSP, and others. MEMA and MNG TG's were encrypted. A lot of info on helo to helo freq.

Now that Baltimore seems to be settling down, I’m curious what freq observations listeners have to share.

From the D.C. area I could hear some National Guard chatter on FiRST (Tac 3) and what sounded like a repeater on 148.8 (which is used here by the Soldiers & Airmens Home – or whatever it is call nowadays).

Any other freqs or talkgroups of note?

The guardsmen I saw on TV seemed to have an assortment of radios, APX, M/A-Com(?).

By the way, were those rifles actually loaded?

Alan
