I am very tempted to bus down to the Bellehaven Marina area of the
GW parkway and see if I can get some pics of this as they return down the
Potomac to Manassas and Culpeper. Anyone with a decent camera might want to
do this as well. It should be spectacular. Unlike modern jets which flying
low are there and gone in a second, you WILL hear them coming about 30
seconds before you see them. Especially if there is dozens of them in
formation. It should be quite a show. Also air-scan buffs may be able to
hear inter-plane and air to air chatter.
