[Scan-DC] Need Help re Pro 651 / 652

I think only the Whistler version of the PSR 800 (and perhaps the PSR 
900, if Whistler releases it) will receive Phase 2.
I think the PRO 651/652 are equivalent to the PSR 500/600.
