[Scan-DC] Mont. Co. Metro Tunnel Radio Problems

I would be interested in what all the abbreviations stand for. I
think BDA might stand for Bi-Directional Amplifier. What is NCRCIG?
I checked Pete Piringer's twitter page and, funny thing, he hasn't
said a word about this.
