[Scan-DC] Off-topic - College Park Aviation Museum - Was January Get-Together

Greetings all,

I plan to be at the get-together at Ledo's in College Park on Saturday; looking forward to it, and thanks to Alan for setting it up.  His original message (edited) is below.


As some of us are also aviation enthusiasts, and just as a mention of a good place to visit, you may want to take time before we meet to spend a couple of hours at the nearby College Park Aviation Museum & airport.  The airport is the oldest continuously operating airport in the country (maybe the world?)  (I'm too tired to look it up!) The museum will tell you the history of the place, & there's a lot of it!  Hours are 10-5 and the admission is 4 bucks or less, depending on how old you are.  A link to their web site is below and it's well worth a look if you're going to be in the vicinity (or any other time!)
