So far it has been worse than I anticipated.

Those who are listening on the old/P16 system should at least hear the 
automated talking woman dispatch on 40000 along with the human on 1616 DISP 
and 1632 MAIN.  The same is simulcast on the new/P25 system with the 
exception of the automated dispatch.  Divide by 16 for the P25 talkgroup ID.

Rumor is that when the new mayor takes office things could change for the 
better.  Anybody hear that?
