The P16 system is still active (at least as of last night) but I have not been hearing anything from Fire/MS on the new system with my PSR800, only MPD CW1 and a few stray agencies.

Can someone with a real scanner confirm that the old DCFD Project 16 system is off the air? Is a Home Patrol 2 my best bet to receive anything in the clear on their new system?
