[Scan-DC] Need and ID

The only thing to keep in mind that this *may* not have been satellite
delays.  I get 1 or 2 second delays monitoring anything on SDR from AM
(aviation) to FM to NOAA, that I attribute to the digital processing
between the dongle and computer.
