[Scan-DC] Uniden BCD 436HP

PG Co is my main monitoring target.  The x36 generally receives PG well
with one exception.  The problem that Uniden has had following patched
talkgroups at least back to the x96T series.  When talkgroups get patched
together, the x36 will miss many transmissions.  You can see this problem
now if you have a x96 and you monitor Faifax Co, VA's system when they
patch as then will often do.
