Kensington Md. had a lone police officer when I was kid in the 1960's. They have long since abolished the department and come under the jurisdiction of the Montgomery County police and the Montgomery County park police. Not sure about any of the others. Gaithersburg and Rockville have there own PD's, they work hand in hand with MoCo Pd.
