[Scan-DC] Ebola Chatter on 155.34 in Va?

155.3400 mhz. is the HEAR Medical (Ambulance to Hospital) frequency for
central, eastern and some NOVA. 155.4000 mhz. is the HEAR system used in
the Tidewater area. Western VA uses a mixture of 155 mhz. frequencies
typically the ones most used for medical comms.
