[Scan-DC] Ebola Chatter on 155.34 in Va?

155.34 is a designated national interoperability channel "VMED28."  I
always recommend scanning itinerant frequencies such as this because
you never know when something will pop up.  You can find lists on RR
(where your Home Patrol is sourcing from):
