[Scan-DC] Plane Watchers Harassed at Connecticut Airport for Taking Photos

The good news here - if you read the article - is that ACLU got involved
and pushed back on CAA. CAA issued a statement, as noted at the PINAC site,
saying, in essence, Photography in the public places at and around the
airport is not a crime.
