[Scan-DC] Need assistance understanding APCO faze 2.

Hello,

 

I am a member of a team that is evaluating replacing a radio system for a
federal agency.  We are going through the RFI process and a vender is making
a claim regarding their p25 faze 2 APCO system that I do not clearly
understand.  Is there anyone on this list that could give me a call so I
could discuss the specifics of the vender claim?  My number is 240/417/2164.
