[Scan-DC] Montgomery County TG Question

I was just monitoring 3rd district air for Montgomery County PD and I
randomly heard an FD call dispatched over the talkgroup. I'm using a
Homepatrol-1...does this just sound like the scanner let some audio through
or has something been fishy with the Montgomery County system? I've heard
other districts come through at night sometimes during consolidated TG but
never a fire call. I guess they do operate on the same system, though.
