[Scan-DC] Target and Costco radios and radio frequencies?

Many Targets around the country use these frequencies (there are exceptions, of course):
467.7500 [ d115] (Channel 1)
467.7750 [ d072] (Channel 2)
467.9250 [ d155] (Channel 3)
467.9000 [ d205] (Channel 4)
467.8500 [ d306]
