I was at Judiciary Square at about noon on Wednesday, May 7, 2014, when a westbound four-car train of the new 7000-series Kawasaki cars pulled into the station. It stopped briefly. I thought I was in for a special treat, but a sign on the rear car said the train was being run for test purposes. I didn't have the time to get a picture.

I saw a four-car train of the 7000s at the Judiciary Square station two weeks ago. It was headed west. I was hoping I could get on, but it was a test train, and no one was allowed to board.
