[Scan-DC] Howard County-Active Shooter

Not sure who said or why, but someone on one of the HoCo channels estimated
100 fire personnel and 300 police personnel on the scene.

Last I heard a few minutes ago, there were 4 Ambos and 2 or 3 MABs staged
at the scene. People being evac'd from the mall were being transported to a
shelter-in-place by one or more of the MABs, from the sounds of it.
