[Scan-DC] Howard County-Active Shooter

Three people transported Pri 3. Heard the word Pri 4, but didn't hear how
many. FD advising, "Very few, if any, additional victims will need to be
transported." One tweet did say guy just took out a gun and started
shooting, two stores down from where he was. Not sure where that store is.
