[Scan-DC] Montgomery County: children stuck in mud

Yes was the same. It was an interesting call to listen to: no Mont Co dive team, they had Frederick's en route. Somebody came up on the radio and said 3 had been recently recertified but command was having none of it. 

Apparently the order to don dry suits and thrash around in the water found the child. They found him as Trooper 3 was suggesting they could do hoist ops if needed while command was just asking for a FLIR survey. 

Once they were dismissed without flyout the end result was fairly predictable.
