[Scan-DC] KIAD BUFFR frequency change

It's working for me this afternoon.  I think they may have been simulcasting from another BWI Approach frequency when I was monitoring them last night, which explain why I wasn't hearing any aircraft responding on the VHF frequency.

Just wondering if anyone in the Westminster area can hear Potomac Approach on the VHF frequency?

I've never been able to monitor them directly from Northern VA.  I only hear Potomac Approach on the UHF frequency which is being re-broadcast from Dulles.
