Just an educated guess - They knew exactly where to go, the back room, for
high-value items.  

Let's say they stole iPhones - can the carriers permanently disable them? I
understand that Chief Lanier was pushing for this.

If anyone can ID those guys (I presume they're male) from that video, I
would be very impressed. 

I couldn't make out which product they were taking, either, but it was a
lot, and all from the same shelf in the store room. Probably not Arduino
kits :).
