Cheapskates like me can see it for free over the air on MHz Network channel 30.4. In Alexandria, I have no problem getting the lower channels, which are broadcast from the transmitter in Merrifield, using only rabbit ears. I haven't seen the upper channels, which are broadcast from another transmitter.

Maybe Larry King now can get more "face" time and maybe an exclusive interview with Putin other "hate America" types. I can hardly wait. Russia TV (RT) is available for viewing MPEG2 unencrypted on Galaxy 19 satellite.
