[Scan-DC] Problem with Arlington County P25 system on Uniden 346XT

There's a setting in (at least some of) the BuTel software packages that pertains to rounding... I'll see if I can find it and post; went through that sometime back.

Andy, is it possible that Arlington is fooling around with the control channel - i.e. using different frequencies on occasion for whatever reason?  I ran into that somewhere along the line also, can't remember when or what system it was...
