[Scan-DC] DC DMR Incidient Notification Network?

After this Sunday's meeting, Jim Stillwell was wondering if anybody
would be interested in joining a D.C. area incident notification
network for Mototrbo/DMR radios.

He knows a company which leases a UHF DMR network for a flat-fee each
month ($28), and might be suitable to use for chatter amongst us
scanner enthusiasts.

Just something to consider.
