[Scan-DC] Psr800 and PG 700 system

Mine works reasonably well within the county but they must be directional on the edges. Copy fine on 495 @ Rt 1 and start to lose going under Riggs almost gone by NH Ave exit.

My DSD setting is factory @ 64. I have not had time to play and see which way might improve decode like on my Unidens.

I'll be playing with FIRST on the way to BB this AM.  I am not driving!
