[Scan-DC] Park Police Helo spending a fair amount of time over Jud iciary Square this morning

I think that the chopper was doing surveillance for a presidential 
motorcade. I say presidential, for I think that only the president gets 
the ambulance at the end of the motorcade and has Metropolitan Police 
vehicles physically blocking traffic on the cross streets. I saw such a 
motorcade traveling down Pennsylvania Avenue near the National Gallery 
of Art at 12:21pm.
