Here's a little more info for those interested in the public forum:

The Northern Senior Center is located at 29655 Charlotte Hall Road in Charlotte Hall, MD.  Here is a link to it on Google Maps:

I also found this announcement which states that anyone wishing to speak at the forum will be allowed up to 3 minutes to address the commissioners:
