Kenneth.  I am volunteering for the MCM2013.

Let me jump ahead and add, if you (or other Hams) want to volunteer, 
here is how to do it:  go to

    ncacdc.com

Read the short text.  Notice the participation dates.  Some special 
teams meet on their own to prepare also.  BTW we can use more than 
"136 operators".  Hopefully there will cross the 136 point by 
mid-August.  So, to volunteer

Click on "Sign Up Here"

That calls a Marine Corps registration process.  Complete that step; 
if successful you'll get an e-mail with further directions.
