[Scan-DC] Pre-Programmed Frequencies for DC Metro Area

Hello,

I own a Radio Shack Triple Trunking Pro-97 scanner. I do not have any
programmed frequencies in it and I was reading that in order for it to be
truly effective, I need to have it search specific frequencies instead of
just using the signal stalker. Are there are publicly available files of
frequencies I can load onto the scanner?

Also, it says it picks up trunked systems, but I only hear what sounds like
dil-up noise on the project-16 identified frequencies and the 800 mhz ones
listed at RadioReference.com. Any advice?
