[Scan-DC] Possible small plane down Laytonsville

Further:
MC-10 was in the air because of the golf 
tournament, and was sent to the vicinity, and 
reported on the traffic management TG that it 
found nothing, and returned to KGAI.
Now Eagle 2 is a few minutes out for additional recon.
