[Scan-DC] Possible small plane down Laytonsville

Nothing found so far.  Davis Airport had an aircraft that returned safely 
after practicing forced landings, which might have been the source of the 
report.  However, Davis is also hearing an ELT beacon, unknown source, so a 
search continues.

Units searching for small plan reported to be down in a cornfield off of 
Route 108 in Laytonsville, Station 17’s area.  Ops on 71-C.
