[Scan-DC] SEPTA Railfan Guide and Signals

I wrote him back in November. He said he had moved on from that project. I'd love to get that page back. There are lots of sites with NORAC signals, but his was the one on which the signals were animated. Yellow over flashing green really did have a flashing green. I had it loaded on a mobile device. For some reason, the memory cleared. I though I had copies, but I can't find them. I've been looking for months.

Also, you might ask the owner if they would forward their old file, and that
another railfan take responsibility for posting the data. There are a lot of
places to post the data.
