[Scan-DC] Arlington motorcade

Training.  They have been riding all over NOVA this morning.  They are on 
FFX Motor Ops 1 (TG 1002).  Just had a motor down south of Crystal City area 
but he is up and OK.  They have stopped for lunch now.
