[Scan-DC] Arlington motorcade

Anyone know what the huge motorcade was that went through Ballston, on Fairfax Drive, about 20 minutes ago? I could only catch glimpses of it off the mirrored windows of the building across the street from my office. Tons of motorcycle cops, but I didn't catch what the meat of the motorcade was. Obama's heading to Mexico, so I'm pretty sure it wasn't him, unless he's driving there.
