[Scan-DC] Montgomery Mess Connecticut and Chevy Chase Lake

Montgomery County, water main break, apparently a large main, has caused electrical problems (xformer vaults flooded) and gas leak (100' of 4" gas main unsupported due to erosion) at Connecticut Avenue and Chevy Chase Lake Drive (8400 block CT), not too far inside the Beltway.  DFRS, WSSC, Pepco & WGLCo on scene, CT closed  both directions.  Note that 8401 CT is a medium- or high-rise retirement housing bldg that has been evacuated, unknown where residents have been relocated... bunches of battalion chiefs on scene, now setting up for deluge opns just in case.  Fire operations on 7-Golf - fair amount of Pepco radio traffic on 451.025, I believe is the freq... unknown for WSSC (low-band?) and WGL... seems to me they got some new gollywog radio system that we cannot monitor?
