[Scan-DC] Montgomery A15

I know that there are some simplex frequencies... not sure about talkgroups, was wondering the same thing.  I bet it is as you mentioned.  I forget, what part of the county are you in, Jeff?  Paul has heard something on 16944... I'm gonna put wild cards in my xcvrs this weekend... thanks for your efforts on this, guys.
