[Scan-DC] Montgomery A15

The A15 tac channel does not come up on the Montgomery trunked system
when I camp on the Wildcard TG.
I suspect it is a conventional channel (although I've searched them
as well) and/or simplex and/or very low power.
Is it possible to have a simplex TG (mobile-to-mobile or talk-around)
on a trunked system?

Why not do a wild card search?

I meant to add, the police operations are on something that they designate
as Tac A15... I have been unable to find this channel / tg in Radio
Reference... can anyone shed any light on it?
