One for the railfans. It's the tenth anniversary of the Washington's Birthday storm of 2003. So much snow fell that the roof of the museum collapsed under the weight.

"As a gesture of thanks to the community, the museum will be open Sunday from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. and there is no admission charge," said [Courtney B. Wilson, the museum's executive director].
