I had on my Pro-67 scanner at home a little yesterday.* The person using 455.0875 MHz must have had his PTT button held down with a rubber band: "Go to Valerie Jarrett. That's it. Back up. Back up. Back up. That's good." And so on, minute after minute after minute.**

As seen from Alexandria, something was hovering more or less over the Capitol (i.e., the building, of course) on both Sunday and Monday nights.
The air band was hot once the airspace opened up. The rails were running. Shoutout to the CSX engine crew for sounding the whistle at CP Virginia about 90% of the way through the Inaugural speech. Go listen; you'll hear it.
* Despite its being an analog scanner, it was receiving transmissions right and left.
