[Scan-DC] presidential signal jammer

Today I was monitoring a portion of the 2 meter amateur radio band on my
spectrum analyzer, and I recorded some wideband interference that I have not
seen before. I've been monitoring this portion of the spectrum for several
days, and today was the only day I've seen these signals. They started
around 10:20 am (about the time the motorcade to the Capitol was getting
going?). The stronger bursts start up again around 2:40 PM (beginning of
parade back to White House?) They were last seen around 4:26 pm (about the
time the president arrived back at the White House?).

If it's related to the signal jammer, I wouldn't think it's very
effective -- it is not constant and not very wideband (although, there are
likely some mitigating effects due to the swept frequency nature of my
spectrum analyzer, and the fact that I'm a few miles away).

Perhaps this is related to some other aspect of today's events. Normally, I
wouldn't have paid too much attention to something like this, but the
coincidence with today's events makes me curious.

I posted a couple of screen shots of the interference at
http://w4je.com/146MHzRFI.htm.
