[Scan-DC] presidential signal jammer

NBC engineering crews on 450.5375 reporting that the "jammer" has been activated.

Cell service is down in area of the Newseum.  Says he is watching it on the spectrum analyzer.

He says try turning off your cell phones and power up again and you might get past the jammer!

As for 406.5875, 408.45, 409.85 the short bursts have a noisy modulated sound to them, not the quiet bursts I associate with LTR.
