[Scan-DC] Snow Plow and Sand Truck Sighting in DC

DC Dot is on the move. No, "DC Dot" is not a local roller derby star, though wouldn't that be a great moniker? DC Dot is the DC Department of Transportation. I just saw one of its orange combination snow plows and sand trucks at the intersection of D Street and 3rd Street NW, right where the shooting happened a few days back. A coworker says the trucks have been active all morning. DC Dot is, presumably, deploying them so that citizens will be able to make it to the grocery store for their mandatory milk and TP. Barring that, they will be able to take Instagram pictures of empty shelves for submission to DCist.com. How did people survive before there were hipsters?

Back on topic, do the snow plows have assigned frequencies that should be active today? And which stores will Pat Collins be standing outside to interview people?
