[Scan-DC] Fairfax County VA Fire and HP-1

Well I am still not getting anything from FFX fire on my HP-1. There was 
some changes tobe made to the RR data base that should have happened on 
Monday.  Did they happen?  Something to do with longitude and latitude?

I am running a favorites list and it worked until rebanding.  I did 
update the favorites list and have FFX County public safety then fire 
then site 102.

Any ideas on other things I can change as I should definitely be able to 
hear it on Columbia Pike in Arlington.  Thanks
