[Scan-DC] Pro 96 vs 106 (update)

I don't understand this. While driving down I395 into Arlington and then
through Fairfax county on 50 W, I'm getting *nothing* on my Pro-96. I tried
two p96 files that were given to me by members of this list (thanks guys),
but still nothing!

I'm starting to think something is wrong with my scanner!

Does anyone have any other troubleshooting tips?
