[Scan-DC] Pro 96 vs 106

Hey Cameron,

I have several friends who are using PRO-96s to scan P25 systems without difficulty... you shouldn't have any trouble scanning Arlington with yours.  Same goes for the PRO-106.

What's the basis for the idea of the PRO-96 not working well with P25s?

I'm not sure about Fairfax, last I knew, hearing them shouldn't be a problem either, but some of the other folks here would be more up-to-date on that.  However, assuming they're still just on an ordinary P25 system with nothing fancy, I'd guess that you'd be fine.

May want to wait until you get moved and see how well your current equipment works.

I have a PRO-197, the desktop version of the PRO-106, and have been very pleased with it, but I daresay you'll be OK with what you have now.
