[Scan-DC] Old TV

I have used my little portable with the $60 digital decoder I got a while 
back. I used a long cable like a soft mic cable that is 75ohm and lets me 
move around a bit.

It was kind of silly though. I have a nice big TV and a TV tuner in my PC. 
If I have to be tethered, I might as well use a better screen.

That said, if I even go to Mexico again, I can watch TV anywhere. They are 
still on NTSC.
