[Scan-DC] 162.0600 mhz. user?

It is the Security Service as reported in a previous e-mail.  These units 
patrol not only the main facility but other smaller facilities in the 
northern Virginia area.  The split refered to could be one of several 
highway splits in the area that are proximate to the facilities.  Could be 
267/66/495 or GWMP/495.
