Surely in preparation for the inauguration, a cellphone tower has been erected at the southwest corner of the National Gallery of Art, east of 7th Street between Constitution Avenue and Madison Drive, NW. I suppose there are more. You might not be able to monitor it, but it's still electromagnetic radiation.
