[Scan-DC] Bay Bridge-frequency change

During the propane truck episode today the MTA dispatcher announced for all units to switch to the MSP 800 mhz system

Anne Arundel and Queen Anne's have MSP talkgroups on their systems but I wasn't monitoring them

No further traffic was heard on their 450 mhz channel

Sounded like this is permanent but I couldn't find anything in RR

Anybody have good info?
